Choose one-time or monthly billing

FAQ Folio ($99), Local Page ($149) and SOP Studio ($149) offer a one-time package at the listed price, with no automatic renewal. The same services also offer optional monthly subscriptions at the same price per month. Sheet Rescue ($59), Deck Refresh ($99), Site Check ($79), Document Finish ($79), Rival Radar ($149), Form Forge ($39), Clean CRM ($99), Survey Signal ($149), Welcome Sequence ($99) and Catalog Loader ($79) are one-time packages only. Post Pilot ($69/month), Review Desk ($29/month), Letter Lane ($149/month), Catalog Copy ($129/month), Brief to Post ($99/month), Promo Map ($89/month) and Metric Letter ($129/month) are monthly subscriptions. Your selected billing option is shown before payment.

Your monthly subscription

The selected USD price is charged at signup and renews automatically every month until canceled. Any tax charged is shown before payment. There is no free trial or annual commitment. Saving a brief alone does not start billing. Stripe securely collects payment information.

Scope and delivery

Each purchase includes its listed deliverables and one consolidated revision. We accept one new package per service per customer per calendar month across both billing options. A one-time payment covers only its selected brief; future packages require another purchase. Monthly subscriptions cover one new package per calendar month. Billing renews on the date shown by Stripe; the calendar-month package limit is separate. Unused packages do not roll over. Supply complete, accurate source material and approved calls to action before work can begin.

Our target is delivery within five business days after payment and receipt of a complete brief. Missing information or an unusually large queue may extend this; contact support if your package is delayed. Deliveries appear in your signed-in customer portal. Submit your consolidated revision within seven days of delivery. For subscriptions, your paid period must remain current; one-time package revisions do not require a subscription.

Work is AI-assisted and reviewed against your sources before delivery. It does not include publishing, ad spending, live customer support, professional legal or financial advice, or guaranteed revenue, leads, rankings or other business results. You remain responsible for reviewing material before using or publishing it.

Cancel future renewals

Open a package and choose Manage my billing, then cancel in the Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period and stops future renewals. There is no cancellation fee. If you cannot access the portal, email support from your account email requesting cancellation.

Refunds and service problems

If you cancel and request a refund before work has started on the purchased package, we will refund the corresponding service charge. Once work has started, contact support with the problem; we will assess the completed work and offer correction or an appropriate refund for undelivered or materially defective work. Duplicate or erroneous charges will be corrected. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a completed service. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law.

Your workspace and files

Use your Monthly Works email and password to access your private workspace. Download and keep your recovery code; automatic password-reset emails are not available. Paste your brief or add up to five files, each up to 3 MB. Receive your package in your private Monthly Works workspace. File-based services require their listed source formats; the individual service page defines promised output formats. We do not perform live imports, destructive record merges or live purchases as part of these packages.

Your source material

Submit only material you own or have permission to use. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, medical records or other sensitive personal information. You retain rights to your source material and may use the paid deliverables for your business, subject to any third-party rights. AI-assisted output may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction.

Changes and support

The price and scope shown when you purchase apply to that purchase. Material changes require advance notice before a later renewal. Contact support for account or service questions.
